Who this notice covers.

This notice explains how Gays+ handles information when you browse this store, buy a physical product or digital promotion, submit a review or contact us. Use our Contact page for privacy requests and questions about the business operating the store.

Information you give us.

Checkout collects your name and email address. Physical orders also need a delivery address; you can provide a phone number if helpful. We keep the items, amounts, currency, delivery details, payment references and status needed to manage your order. We do not collect a delivery address for a digital-only purchase.

If you contact us, we receive your message and any information or attachments you choose to share. If you submit a review, we receive its rating, text, display name and optional photos. Please avoid including private information in a public review.

Payments and security.

Stripe handles card payment and PayPal handles payments made through PayPal. The chosen provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms. This store receives transaction references and status information; it does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Our hosting and security systems may record technical information, such as IP addresses, request times and errors, to operate the site and investigate abuse. Private order and review links are access credentials: do not publish them.

Why we use information.

We use order information to process payments, deliver products and promotions, send confirmations and shipping notices, answer questions, handle returns and prevent fraud. We also retain records where needed for accounting and legal obligations. Depending on the law that applies, these uses may rely on performing your purchase contract, legal obligations, consent or legitimate business interests.

A purchase or historical customer import does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. If you ask for our welcome code, we email it to you along with occasional offers and new drops, and you can unsubscribe from any of those emails. We may invite you to leave an honest review after fulfillment. You can contact us to ask not to receive further review invitations.

Service providers and overseas processing.

Information is shared as needed with our hosting provider Hostinger, payment providers Stripe or PayPal, our transactional email provider Brevo, and the suppliers and delivery partners that fulfill physical orders. They may process information in countries outside your own. Payment providers may also use information for their own fraud prevention and regulatory obligations.

When you contact or redeem a promotion through X, that platform also handles the messages under its own terms. Follow only the official account linked from this website. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud or a dispute.

Cookies and your preferences.

A necessary session cookie remembers your bag and checkout during your visit. Local storage remembers your light or dark appearance preference. We also count visits ourselves and never share them: the pages viewed, the website, app or campaign link that brought you, your device type and the country your browser uses for prices. Outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland, a random ID in your browser’s local storage lets us recognise return visits; it’s replaced after 13 months, and browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are counted without it. When you place an order, we note which channel or campaign brought you, never the pages you viewed. Visit records are deleted after 400 days.

Following an external link or continuing to a payment provider opens a service with its own cookies and privacy practices.

Reviews and older store records.

Reviews are published only after submission consent and moderation. Published reviews may show your chosen display name, rating, text, photos and our reply; your email address and order details are not published with them. Imported reviews are not automatically labelled as verified purchases.

We may migrate product, customer, order and review records from the previous Gays+ store to support the business and past purchases. A migration does not create a new purchase or subscribe you to marketing.

Keeping and protecting records.

We keep records needed for fulfillment, customer service, refunds, fraud prevention and accounting or legal obligations. Order data is not automatically deleted immediately after payment. Access to administration is restricted, and the live site uses HTTPS. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights.

Contact us to ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity and retain some information to meet legal obligations or resolve an active matter. We respond within the deadlines that apply to your request.

Updates and contact.

We update this notice if the store’s data practices change. The Contact page provides our current support channel. Please send only what is needed for your question; never send full card details or passwords.
