Payment stays with your payment provider.
When you choose card payment, you continue to Stripe’s hosted checkout. When you choose PayPal, you continue to PayPal to approve payment. We receive payment confirmations and references so we can process your order, but do not store your full card number or card security code.
A private order, from the start.
Your order confirmation uses a private link. Keep it to yourself: anyone with that link may be able to see your order details. If you purchased a promotion, share only the promo-pass panel with our redemption account, not your whole receipt or address.
A secure connection.
The live store uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. Access to store administration is password-protected. These safeguards reduce risk; no website can promise absolute security.
Respect for your information.
We use the information needed to take payment, deliver your purchase, provide support and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Our privacy page explains the service providers involved and how to ask about your data.
Discreet on the outside.
Physical items use plain packaging without Gays+ logos or marketing. Carrier and customs labels contain the information required for delivery. A payment statement can identify a merchant or payment provider; please contact us before ordering if you need to check a billing description.
