Promotion terms

The service you are buying.

Each option states its purchased reposts, Super Reposts, original posts and any pin duration. Choose the option that matches your plans and read its deliverables. The 30-day offers are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions; their activation date is agreed with you.

Our current three-account following is 750k+ combined. Partner distribution varies. Following totals are not unique reach, and impressions, clicks, followers, subscribers or revenue are not guaranteed.

Redeem privately, through the right account.

After verified payment, your private order page and confirmation email include a promo pass. Send only the promo-pass panel to @gays_plus on X so we can arrange your content and schedule. We verify its code against our order records. A pending, refunded, disputed or reversed payment can pause redemption while its status is resolved.

Your creative and timing.

You can propose the posts to repost, captions, images or videos, links and preferred timing. We review suitability and confirm the account mix and schedule. Not every Super Repost appears on every network account. Allow 12–48 hours for each approved Super Repost after content and scheduling are confirmed.

You must hold the rights and permissions needed for all submitted material, including music, photos and video. All people in adult content must be adults and have consented to its creation and distribution. Content must comply with applicable law and X’s rules. A purchase does not bypass review.

Content we can decline.

We can decline unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative or non-consensual content, impersonation and fraudulent subscription accounts. Content involving minors is prohibited. We can also decline violence, extreme fetish material, obvious drug use or material that creates an unreasonable risk for our audience, accounts or advertising partners.

Content must suit the account and audience where it will appear. If a submission is unsuitable, we will explain the issue and discuss a revision or the remaining options. Contact us before buying if you are unsure about suitability.

Competitor promotions and sharing packages.

Packages are for the agreed creator or business. Do not resell, pool or give away placements to another account without our agreement.

We may decline placements that primarily promote a competing aggregator with 100,000 or more followers offering near-identical promotional services. This restriction does not automatically cover smaller pages or creators who also offer occasional shoutouts. Ask us about an account before purchasing if the distinction is unclear.

When a running promotion may be paused or removed.

We may pause or remove material if payment becomes unavailable, the creative or destination proves fraudulent or misleading, necessary rights or consent are missing, platform rules are broken, or there is serious abuse or a safety risk. We will communicate the reason and available next steps where doing so is appropriate.

Credible complaints can trigger a review; a complaint is not by itself proof of wrongdoing. If three or more people independently report a scam, we will investigate and give you an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Urgent safety concerns may require an immediate pause.

Future access to the service.

Fraud, threats, discriminatory abuse, unsafe links, serious misuse or repeated rule violations can lead to refusal of future service. Creating another account to evade a service restriction is not permitted. Contact us if you think a decision is mistaken. Refusal of service does not automatically remove any refund or consumer rights you have by law.

Cancellation and refunds.

If you change your mind before any purchased service has been delivered, contact us to request a full refund. If your bundle is partly delivered, you can request a proportionate refund for the undelivered services. Completed, correctly supplied placements are not refunded merely because their performance differs from your expectations.

If we cannot supply a purchased service, we will arrange an appropriate remedy for the undelivered portion. Where a rule violation affects a campaign, we assess the work supplied, the circumstances and your applicable rights rather than automatically forfeiting every payment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after review.

Platform availability and your rights.

Social platforms and partner accounts can change their availability or distribution. If that prevents delivery, we will discuss an alternative or a remedy for the services we cannot supply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
