Shopping with Gays+.

These terms apply to this website and purchases of physical products and digital advertising services from Gays+. Read the product description, checkout details, Returns & refunds and Privacy pages before buying. Promotion terms also apply to digital advertising packages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to you.

Orders and product information.

Choose the correct product, option, quantity and delivery details before paying. Use accurate contact information so we can send your confirmation and resolve any questions. You do not need a customer account to check out.

We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate. If we discover an error affecting your order or cannot supply an item, we will contact you about a correction, alternative or refund. We will not substitute a different item or add a charge without your agreement.

A payment must be confirmed before a purchase is treated as paid or a promo pass becomes redeemable.

Prices, currency and payment.

Prices are shown in the store currency stated beside the amount. Checkout shows discounts, shipping and the total before payment. The tax wording displayed at checkout applies to the listed prices. Any bank or payment-provider currency conversion and fees are separate and determined by that provider.

Enabled payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal, under their respective terms. We do not accept card details by email or X.

Delivery and destinations.

Physical-product delivery is available only to supported countries and regions. Shipping choices, charges and estimates depend on the destination and items. US Domestic is offered only for eligible products. Digital purchases do not require shipping.

Delivery estimates and inventory-delay information appear in our shipping guide and checkout. Items may arrive separately. Customs and carrier requirements vary; any import duties or charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by the destination authorities. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Returns, cancellations and problems.

Our Returns & refunds page describes change-of-mind returns, damaged or faulty goods, non-delivery, delayed paid shipping and how to request help. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. Processing or shipment may prevent an immediate change, without limiting any rights you have by law.

Promotions and customer content.

Advertising packages are supplied according to their listed deliverables and agreed scheduling. Results such as sales, impressions or new followers are not guaranteed. Read Promotion terms before purchasing.

You must have the right to submit any advertising material, review or photograph. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material, or private information about someone without permission. Permission to publish a submitted review is limited to displaying it and its attachments as customer feedback for the store.

Responsible use.

Do not interfere with the store’s security, misuse another person’s order link or payment information, or try to gain unauthorized access. Respect intellectual property in our branding, product materials and customer content. Third-party websites linked from Gays+ operate under their own terms.

You must be able to enter a purchase contract. Where a product is age-restricted, you must meet the applicable age requirement and comply with the laws at your destination.

Questions, disputes and updates.

Please contact us first about an order or website problem so we can try to resolve it. Any compulsory consumer protections and dispute rights remain available. Future changes to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
