Physical products arrive in plain brown or white packaging, without Gays+ logos or marketing on the outside. Items in one order may travel separately. Required carrier and customs labels still appear; their descriptions must be accurate.
From dispatch to your doorstep.
We aim to provide tracking within 1–4 business days of ordering. You’ll receive the tracking details by email when your order is marked shipped. Inventory delays may extend this; contact us if tracking hasn’t arrived and check your spam folder.
Delivery estimates vary by service, inventory and destination. Customs and local carrier delays can affect arrival. A signature or particular drop-off arrangement depends on the carrier; ask us early if you have delivery instructions.
Track or update an orderIf delivery takes longer.
Contact us if your delivery is overdue. Our returns policy explains the eight-week non-delivery promise and how to request a refund of a delayed Express or US Domestic shipping fee. India and Guatemala can have longer inventory estimates; the non-delivery promise still applies.
