This is at least the sixth prostate massager I've owned, and after just one use it's become my favorite. I should also mention that it's the largest of all the ones I've owned as well, so if this is your first venture into a product in this category you'll likely want to take it extra slow (And don't forget to have had a bowl movement not too long before use for a somewhat obvious reason). My favorite part of this toy is that it has the strongest vibration of any of my other massagers. The trusting feature is also quite a welcome feature that I enjoy, and I hope in the future they are able to develop ones with even more thrusting length! It's also nice that the included remote uses easy to find AAA batteries. Overall this is a fantastic prostate massager, especially for the price! I'd recommend it to all, even beginners
